Short Bio:
Radim Belohlavek is Professor of Computer Science at Palacky University, Olomouc. He holds PhD in Computer Science, PhD in Mathematics, and obtained DSc in Informatics and Cybernetics from the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic. In 2007-2009 he was tenured Professor of Systems Science at the State University of New York at Binghamton. His academic interests are in the areas of discrete mathematics, logic, uncertainty and information, and data analysis. R. Belohlavek authored 2 monographs (Kluwer, Springer) and over 130 papers in conference proceedings and journals including J. Computer and System Sciences, Ann. Pure Appl. Logic, Archive for Math. Logic, Neural Computation, J. Logic and Computation, J. Math. Anal. Appl., Fundamenta Informaticae, Order, Algebra Universalis, Int. J. General Systems, IEEE Trans. on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics.
